Recommended iPad apps and websites for additional homework activities and support
When using an app or website to complete extra practice for homework record in your diary. Record the name of the app and the day you used it then show me on Friday when I check your diaries.

Maths websites
The Math Trainer is a great drill and practice program for learning all of the addition, subtraction, multiplication and division facts. Challenge yourself and try to beat your score. Mathletics website or app for additional practice of key concepts, remember only select learning areas currently being covered in class. You have your log on and password information cards glued into the notes section of your diaries. IXL Maths has a list of all the maths skills you learn in Year 4. To start practising, just click on any link. Sumdog is a website where you can play a variety of fun maths games. Maths Playground has maths games and activities organised by topic. Select the topic we are currently working on in class. This website also has step-by-step videos that show how to solve math problems. Maths is Fun explains a wide range of maths concepts with pictures and diagrams to help you understand. |
